I took my dog here when Dr Carmona still worked there and loved it. Recently I took him to have some issues checked, vaccines updated, an estimate provided for dental cleaning, and an estimate for an eyelid mass removal. They upsold me on services I didn’t request but I trusted them and paid up. Total Jekyll and Hyde! I spent $400 in exam visits and tests. Despite calling them three times AND sending an email, we are 8 days later with no estimate for dental cleaning, no estimate for mass removal, and no results for any of the tests they upsold me on that were supposed to be back in 2 business days. When I expressed my frustration they simply said they were busy-no apology or resolution. If you are too busy to perform the services you billed me for then why did you sell them to begin with??? It appears this business was bought out by a national chain who is more focused on profit than pets.I highly suggest you find another vet.
